What FileKitApp Does

FileKitApp is a browser-based file toolkit that converts, compresses, merges, and extracts files entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to any server. All processing happens locally using WebAssembly and browser APIs.

Data Collection

FileKitApp does not collect any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not know who you are, what files you process, or how you use the app.

Local Storage

FileKitApp uses a Service Worker to cache application assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) so the app can work offline. No file data is ever stored in your browser's local storage, IndexedDB, or any other persistent storage mechanism. Once you close the tab, your processed files exist only where you saved them.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare — FileKitApp is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of its CDN infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Ko-fi — The optional donation link opens Ko-fi's external website. FileKitApp does not process any payment data. See Ko-fi's Privacy Policy for details.

Children's Privacy

Since FileKitApp does not collect any data from any user, no special provisions for children are necessary. The app is safe for users of all ages.

GDPR Compliance

FileKitApp does not process, store, or transmit any personal data. There is nothing to consent to, no data to export, and no data to delete. The app is fully compliant with the GDPR and similar privacy regulations by design.
